Section 2-8-310 Definitions.

As used in this article, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) BOARD. The State Board of Agriculture and Industries. (2) COMMISSIONER. The Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries. (3) SHEEP and GOAT. One of a variety of small ruminants. (4) SHEEP OR GOAT PRODUCER. Any person residing in Alabama, any Alabama corporation, or Alabama legal business entity that owns or has a financial investment in sheep or goats located in Alabama.
